The philosophy behind the name "Be Bad Do Good" is about embracing personal growth and making a positive impact. "Be Bad" encourages being bold, authentic, and determined. It’s about striving to improve while staying true to self. "Do Good" is about the work. I support mission-driven clients aiming to do good in their communities.

I work with individuals and small to mid-sized organizations to turn your ideas into actions. I create custom consulting plans based on each client's goals. Services include strategic planning, project planning, organizational development, funding and grants research, grant writing, strategic communications, writing, editing, and proofreading.

My name is Tory Russo. I'm based between NY and PA. My professional experience includes communications, development, community engagement, and client management in the nonprofit, public, and private sectors. I've worked with media outlets, local governments, grassroots organizations, nonprofits, artists, and clients from multiple industries.

Being a creative and a business owner helps me to empathize with and provide support to artists and entrepreneurs. I have a shared understanding and a lived experience of the needs and challenges. Since launching Be Bad Do Good in March 2022, I've provided project-based and ongoing support to artists, arts and culture organizations, and municipal entities.
